Think you can rent a metal detector at Home Depot.I'd brought my bobcat up and helped you out for a dove hunt or two. Hope your wife didnt blacken your shooting eye..Good luck

Very nice work. Good luck hunting your new setup and finding your ring.

Trey - Witch it! Get two 18" to 24" of bare copper wire and bend 6" at 90 degrees. Hold the short end loosely in each hand about 6" apart and walk around the area where you think you lost your ring. When you pass over something metal the wires will cross.

I lost my ring gutting a doe a couple years ago. That is how we found mine.

Perhaps if I didn't already give an open hunting invite to members of the Pflugerville PD and our local game warden. They'll help keep us honest on the 600 ft set back from residential property. We'll keep the kiddos with their pop guns in that area.

never strays more than 3 feet from the cooler.
My arms are not 3' long, no where I'd veture out to no mans land. But that is a pretty cool set up and should make for easy shots.

You are really mad at them I'm thinking every water hole in Texas will have dove flying into them.
