We've lived in this house going on 10 years and until this summer never found one inside. I've squashed 4 or five in the last six weeks - the drought drives them inside in search of moisture? My wife is not a fan of crawly things - I've seen her freak over a June bug. Yesterday I sprayed around the foundation outside, and around the baseboards inside with Ortho Home Defense - hope that does the trick

We have glue traps set out around the house and they work! FYI: if you or a kid gets a hold of a glue trap, peanut butter gets the glue off your skin. :-)

my kids and wife get stung at least once every two months. scorpions dont like me i get bit once a year maybe.

HOME DEFENCE. use it. spray all exterior of your house where they can get in. Door jams windows ect. Then spray closets even around ceiling fan outlets. WORKS great.

We used to find scorpions in the house all the time. Here is the natural way of getting rid of scorpions and other bugs, haven't seen a scorpion since these started showing up in the house. Here's a pic of a small one eating a scorpion, and no thats not my hand, I'm not that brave. Biggest one I've seen was a foot long and I could hear it walking across the tile floor. Now all I need to do is figure out what get's rid of them.

I hate em too! My wife bought a couple of cheap black light flashlights last summer. I kind of poo-poo'd the whole idea but within a minute she found one in the closet...then another in the kitchen...and another. In all I think we found 7 in two nights of looking. I am going to have to find those lights again now that I have read this thread. Thanks alot!
