Once they are installed you need to come back and check and possibly retighten them. The worst thing you can do is tighten them down to much on the initial install. This will allow you the ability to come back an tighten it agian later on as it gets some years of service out of it. That is what I was told by Holiday World and I installed it mystelf. I haven't had any problems with it. Customer service is crap these days.

There are at least a dozen places you can write reviews on companies.... Search the company name in Yahoo, Google, Bing, etc to find them.

Just copy and past your story and let people looking for references know your experience.

I use All Season RV on I-30E just past 205 in Rockwall. Chris is the tech and is a good guy to deal with.

..and you can consider filing in small claims court (JP) if you still aren't happy with 'em. File a complaint with the BBB also.

Dude if you are in Greenville you should have tried Eldon's RV on 34. Call them and talk to Sonny.

I can't help but feel that part of the fault lies with you if you didn't verify that they did the job correctly immediately after you got it back. I would have made them show me what they did and show me that it no longer leaked before I ever left their lot. To expect them to correct it after a year is a bit much. JMHO.

I called again after sending the pictures and explaining. They again are not wanting to fix it at least yet. I have not had the chance to get back with them. I would of thought after realizing they were at fault there would be no issues getting them to repair at no cost. The place is SouthernRV northside of Tyler, TX
In the future use Tyler RV for repair work. They have been excellent when myself or friends have had repair work.

IMO, I would be surprised if ANY business would repair anything a year later for free. A lot can happen in a year.
They admitted it was highly unlikely for the front two bolts to loosen completely to the point there was in excess of 1/2 inch gap between roof and bottom of gasket. Basically, they only tightened the rear two bolts which caused the front side to tilt upward not allowing a seal at all. Like i said all i did was tow the camper back 65 miles one way and store it for a whole year in my garage. I'm doubtful a single tow one way would loosen bolts to that extreme. they agreed as well.

Not a shrinkage problem. Front side was not bolted down to roof to even allow contact with gasket to ensure a seal at all. Poor install.

I guess i leaned on trust in good service. They had the camper outside ready for tow. It's a popup camper and not that easy to just pop-up and spend extra time verifying a leak. They probably would of charged even more to do this considering the time invested. Lesson learned i guess.
