Once they are installed you need to come back and check and possibly retighten them. The worst thing you can do is tighten them down to much on the initial install. This will allow you the ability to come back an tighten it agian later on as it gets some years of service out of it. That is what I was told by Holiday World and I installed it mystelf. I haven't had any problems with it. Customer service is crap these days.

I can't help but feel that part of the fault lies with you if you didn't verify that they did the job correctly immediately after you got it back. I would have made them show me what they did and show me that it no longer leaked before I ever left their lot. To expect them to correct it after a year is a bit much. JMHO.
