              You can get them at Gander Mt. and I know places like The Workboot sell them. I get all of mine at the Red Wing Store. They have them from lightweight hiking to heavy duty. I have about 15 or so pair of them, they are by far the best there is.

                Smartwool and Merino wool work great for me........Merino will shrink, ask me how I know....

                  I use silk liners yes you heard me I said silk and cotton socks. I know I'am not in the majority but I can't stand to have my feet bound. Wear 600 gram thinsulate danners with this combo and me feet are never too cold. As said before give your feet some room to breath in your boots and you'll stay warmer
