i also wouldn't use the so called anabolics they sell at the stores, it hurts you more than helps... and like Sniper Hunter said, working out is one of the best ways to naturally boost your T. If you are like i was, eating heathy, working out 3 or 4 days a week and you aren't seeing anything happening or you're really tired after workout and in the mornings. You seam to not heal like you use to and you still have a spare tire no matter how hard you try, you might want to get checked... I recommend Low T Center they have changed my life and your free T starts dwindling around age 27 (normal cases) that's my 2 cents

Apparently, men in their 40's start producing less and less testosterone and it brings on all sorts of physiological negative changes such as low energy, weight gain, loss of muscle mass, etc..
Wondering if any of you guys have been treated for this. Also, is there another way to boost T other than an Rx?

That wore off after about a year and a half and I've been on the injections since 08' with no issues, and never looking back.
What most people feel from the injections right away, IMO, is a mental euphoria associated with it. It will take 2-3 days for your actual T levels to increase from the injections, and you wont really start seeing it work for 2-3 weeks.

the only way to increase testosterone is either inject it or use a cream.
excercising and eating healthy will raise your natural test levels but after that the above mentioned is the only way to do it.

I've heard the good and bad and experienced from multiple different medications but nothing has come close to being as effective and side-effect free (for me) as the injections have.
