Matthew and Casey Converge on the MMR

Matt Brassell and I blasted south yesterday to spend a weekend hunting the MMR is LaSalle County. Making a brief stop at Hector's in Pearsall for 4 gorditas "all the way" we rolled southward to glamorous Cotulla. We arrived at the ranch with time to unload at the barn and still get in bed at a decent hour.

We arrived here at the Hubbel Blind to find hogs at the feeder. Hastily we settled in hoping they would linger long enough for us to get a shot opportunity. Right now, we are sitting ready in the spacious blind, hoping they will return.

The hogs left and the rest of the morning passed quietly. Matt is still complaining because i suggested we wait to shoot the pigs.. Man, he is a whiner!

We are sitting in Moe's with KCK, Junebug and Dustin. Time to eat.
