      It would easily go for 1500-2000 each for 3-4 hunters.

        Coleman has some deer. Period. gonna be 8 at best and up. 9-11 is average.

        Go check lease hunter it will give you the HIGH prices!

          Easily $8 to $10 per acre in that area, possibly higher given the quality of property and density.

            The owner could get $5000-$7000 or more! All y'all talking about $2500-$3500 are livin in the 90's.

              In my experience with Coleman Co, the rate seems to be higher than 10 but I don't think I would really want to go higher than that unless it was really a good looking piece of property. You can get electric dropped in for nothing if there are poles close. Well, except for the price of the meter box. I think the time I had one put in it ran me around 180 for the box and pole.
