I never count clicks anymore. All I do is bench the rifle, fire and adjust to poi at 100 and test fire a few and reset my turrets to zero. Run my calculator and test it at different yardages. Guess I'm getting lazy!

Just curious why you are sighting in at 25 yds? (Nothing wrong with it!) What caliber & brand/bullet weight ammo are you using?

Not to be insulting but are you using the rule "Raise and Right is Counterclockwise" saying for "most scopes"? (i.e. to move up you need adjust the elevation knob counterclockwise)

Those Browning BLR's are pretty sweet!

            Yup 4 clicks at 100 is 1 inch. 16 clicks at 25 (25 is 1/4th of a 100) is one inch so 16 x 8" = 128 clicks.

Thanks for clarifying that one sipster!

25 is a common range to do prelim sighting in, gets you closer faster. Then once you have windage (left and right) adjusted and are somewhat close to zero on the elevation (up and down) you move out to 100.

shot it at 25 just to get on paper, then was going to back up to 100
