I know that they are suppose to be but I build my own from noodles and you cant by white ones, unless you by the prepaid ones that are way to expensive painting the others does not work very well either.

We wrap our colored noodles with white duct tape. It stays on good, have several noodles that are over 5 yrs old with original duct tape.
