    4 workouts in and I am loving it. Especially the 5 am workouts. Get in the gym with nobody else there and get it going. I am putting in at least an hour in the morning and another hour in the afternoon..

    The saying "No Pain No Gain" I hope is SO true. I am a little tight and sore today, but after my cardio this morning it has eased a little. I am doing Cardio on one workout and Strength on the other. Alternating them out.
    Met a few folks there last night that invited me to workout with them, and I amnot sure if I will or not. i like my routine, but having the others there can only help push me a little more...
    I have worked in my nutrition as well, and tracking every meal. So far so good. Yesterday for example, my target was less than 2200 calories, and I cam in at 2000. have not missed anything yet, just really anxious to start seeing results..
    Anybody have any pointers to help get there a little faster??
