          Can you start drawing your bow while it is still in your lap without it falling off the rest. I have never had any malfunction with mine. That is more than I can saw about the drop aways I have used?

            I can..although I prefer to draw my bow in the upright position after I take it off the bow hook like it was meant to be...

                  Sorry to high-jack, but has anyone found a away around the leather stretching noise from the release? I spooked a deer last year from my ground blind when he heard the leather stretching.
