Just spray it on the ends of the bristles

I USE to roll a Q-tip around in it. The little cotton threads make it super quiet and don't effect the functionality at all!
I said USE to because when I bought better/more expensive arrows this problem stopped all together cause the better arrows have a slicker shaft and make basically no noise.

Use a large hole WB for carbon arrows them place a small strip of mole skin on the bottom bristles from front to back

Not really cause the question was how to quiet a WB. I have a QAD on my elite judge, however I am setting my drenalin up for night hunting hogs. Hence the inexpensive rest, not going to drop alot of dough on a rest just for pigs. Carry on.

Either scorpion venom. OR spray a light coat of pam cooking spray on your arrows
and when you get ready to hunt with them Spray them well
With scent killer spray.
