Actually sounds like IT band problem iliotibial on the outside of the knee. Usually called runners knee.
that is how I injured it about 6 months or so ago, well I think it was the same spot...remember the pinched nerve type pain when twisting my lower leg/foot much the same as now...bit it would have to be called fat boy trying to jog knee......and I did get to a mile without stopping...everybody say yeah....lol
Hard to say with the description. For your ACL look up the “anterior drawer sign”, you can have someone help you and compare both knees then see what you think. What were you doing when you injured it? Coach you have your collaterals backwards, medial is the inside. Snipe its anterior, I guess you could call all them interior!
ya thats why I posted up the pic. Its hard to explain without a pic.
just too the knee brace off and was doing the match game with the other leg and it is a like a little 'swollen' I guess you could use in say a 3 inch area or smaller where this is...not like the leg itself is swollen, just that raised area...wonder if that is just my body doing it's bidness and trying to heal the injury....
I really don't want to have to go to the dr for this...really would suck.....don't need another mri or cat scan or whatever the heck it is...those things are expensive....
couldn't find all my ice gel packs for rotating out but picked up a couple more today....the knee is on freeze as we speak....
with stuff like this, should I try and keep it straight (short leash the ligament) or does it matter?
I messed up my left knee a few times and it is no fun at all. The last time was 3 months of Pt and I still have problems with it. So far have avoided surgery. Someday tho.
The RICE plan is the best, don't over do it. You WILL pay for it!!!!
