The reason I went to it was plain and simple for me. I spend too much time in research, prep and hunt itself not to mention money to have a rest fail. I hunt in places that I can't get a bow fixed what so ever and others that if I could it would be a couple days minimum. It's just not worth it. Heck i just switched to a peep without tubing in Aug. I shot the tubing because of the fear of the peep not turning.
If your rest broke last weekend what would have you done? I screw on the extra biscuit I keep with me, make sure it's sighted in and head back hunting.
I know others have complete confidence in their drop aways and that works for them.
For the record, if I were just hunting deer in TX and would loose a day tops I would probably switch because I can't fix it and get it timed myself.
I already don't shoot a peep sight anyway so I am good to go there.

30+ animal this season, most within 18yrds and more than I can count doubles even triples..heck even a quad the other night no problems. Shot 2 robin hoods at 50 yrds last week, and puts fixed blades and field points in same spot out to 60. Shot 3-D today from red stake 295.....
