I was thinking about cooking some trout that I had caught here at a nearby park. I have never cooked trout before and was wondering if anyone had any good recipes?

yep, the above works great. If they are smaller (10 inch or so), just season, and saute in butter.
If you want to get fancy, gut, season, stick a slice of lemon and a sprig of dill, and a little butter in the cavity, then wrap in foil and bake or stick on grill. Don't take long to cook. 15 min MAX.

We caught some in Colorado and just gutted them, used the ol' butter, lemon pepper, and garlic mixture, individually wrapped them in foil and cooked them over our fire.

Trout fish dip. Butter, limon, rotel, and cheese. First lay them out on a pan put butter and lemon on them bake for about ten minutes at 250 then put rotel and cheese on them for about ten more minutes and then I mix it up and take tortia chips and dip it I'n the fish. Fish dip great for entertaining dish.
