when replacing oil cooler make sure the valley where it goes is spotless clean suck all oil out of it, i use brake clean and a vacuum pump and get it as clean as possible and replace oil cooler screen under the cooler, if any debris is in there and gets past the screen it will wipe your your ipr valve, screen should come with new cooler but check, part number on screen is 3c3z-6c683-ab, and do not reuse thick black o-ring between intake and front engine cover

Is there anything else that would be recommended? I liked the power that my 6.0 had and the transmission was great but the fuel mileage stunk and I was constantly worried about the reliability.
