Shot a deer Friday afternoon with my gun here at my house and when taking the back strap out I found this.




Didn't even know it was there until I hit it with my knife. That's better than getting a duck with a band on it.

Looks like a Thunderhead 85gr, I've found those before and did that to a few deer also. Glad no stitches were involved.

Yep it is a thunderhead. I got lucky and Found it from the shaft end first.
