Here's what I got on yours:
        Mass 30
        Width 17
        Beams 45
        G1 10
        2 14
        3 16
        4 10
        AP 5
Total 147. From your later posts, looks like I missed the beams and width a bit, but was in the ball park. I'd love to see that other buck because I sure don't get 170 out if him either.

Both are very nice bucks. Did you get an age on either of them? They look to be in the 3 to 4 year old bracket, but it's hard to tell from the photos... Pehaps your buddy's deer may have been a year or 2 older than yours looking at the head/facial features.

I can see both bucks being in the 160s.

SWS, mine aged 4 1/2 and the other was 5 1/2

Air, Great job. I was surprised so many were in the 140's to begin with cause I thought mid 150's on the hoof and when I ground checked him.

I had 145 by my calculations but thought I had missed because he looks bigger than that to me. Nice buck regardless of score.

id say 148-156 either way its your kill its your trophy no matter what the antler size its your experience and the people you share it with that keep that hunt in your mind and hopefully a hunt you wont forget.

To be honest...when I seen him on the hoof I didnt think he would make 150. I had him mid 140's!
On a side note....what did the double drop deer tape out at?

                        Beautiful bucks, for sure!

I don't quite understand the original post. If these bucks were scored with a tape measure, I'm not sure why you would ask for a "score" from people looking at a photo? Accuracy in scoring a deer from a picture is as much luck as it is skill/practice, as evidenced by all the wide ranging estimates that were posted. Tape measures don't make mistakes and using one on a set of antlers is the ONLY way to get a true score.

Incredible deer no matter what the score!
