if those deer score anywhere NEAR 170" then they have HUGE, HUGE bodies that are making their racks look smaller. I still say around 150" on yours and it looks to be just as good or better than his twin. Pictures are hard to score off of though! No matter what they score they are really nice bucks

        very nice

i don't think i am over estimating but i may be just a little off on main beam lengths but i got this guy at 156 using a 19 inch inside spread.

The first picture of my deer - his score was 141 1/8th total gross.

The second picture deer scored: 171 and change. The second buck was huge and carried mass very well, you can not see but he had 10" of abnormal points.

Personally after my buck was scored I would have never thought the second buck was over 160, I geuss the AB points helped on gross.

I don't remember the exact measurement but on my buck his inside spread was like 16.5 and the inside spread at the tops of his rack was 20" so he has a lot of flare out which makes him look way bigger than he scores.

I really like his symetry, my best buck to date.

Im guessing closer to the upper 150's without adding any numbers. How long is that G3 that your hand is behind?

I am now where near a "good" estimator of score, but I can't see 170 out of that deer. Hell, I couldn't get to 160". As for the buck first buck, I would say mid 50's max.

Both great deer and congrats on two good bucks.

Sorry, the cleaning crew trashed my notes on all his measurements. Gonna have him scored when he drys.

yeah, I don't get that at all. Your buck looks to carry his mass just as well, or better, than the other buck. Congrats on 2 great deer

Second buck if I recall was, 28" main beams, 19 or so inside spread and the guy holding him is 6'6".

The person who scored it is not an official scorer but is usually within a few inches.

Codie, the second buck had a lot more mass than mine, very deceiving for sure.
