That great on the left hand selection- very often a problem for me

as to the remarks above- man he said it about as nice as you can- he has no reason to take anything privately.... Can he not express his concerns about a public business. I see nothing wrong with what he said or the way he said it. Its up to me as a business owner and them to not hire or risk having employess to create this type of problems. NO matter how good a bow press worker they are

people are not going to not just go there cause of one guys remark- however if they do and guy treats them same way then they no its a problem and can address it with owner and say look, this appears to not be an isolated case.etc...

I really enjoy shooting there and the 1st class shooting experience however after the treatment I received in the shop I will be spending no money there.
I'd like to respond, if I may. I have no idea the set of circumstances you talk of....but would like to say that of all the time I have sat in the office so far, I have yet to see, or hear, Ken treat anyone with any disrespect. I have watched him work with men, women (this one included) and children, and have admired his calm way of teaching. He has a great sense of humor and makes me laugh constantly while working.

The only time I have seen him with a stern (not mean) tone was when kids were running in there. And there is a reason for that. Kids can, and have, been hurt in the past.

I'm not saying what you said it untrue, I would just like to offer up that if it did, maybe it was a bad day....everyone has one (including me, and you I am sure).

I would like to add my experience of this place. They got about anything under the sun there and if I need something I would probably swing buy there to look at it or maybe even buy it. I went in there just the other day. There wasn't another person in the place. Ken helped me and I would have to say he is a shade off. I wouldn't really want to do business with Ken he was some what rude and acted like I was lesser than him. He continued to act like it was pain for him to help me? I was trying out a new bow and asked if I could borrow a release, he responded by saying it was a bow shop what do I think. He might have been joking and im sure he was but it came off as more of a smart butt statement.

With that being said he sounded very competent and knew his bows.

Yes I would buy from them, use there ranges but mainly cause they have the stuff I want that is closest to my house.

I would like to throw my two cents out there. Not sure if your talking about Ken, but he is "The Man" who runs the pro shop.
Ken set my first bow up in the late 80's. My dad took me into the shop where he was currently a bow tech. He set me up with some light weight arrows that would shoot pretty flat for a kids bow. Since then I've always gone back to him for my archery needs. Ken has his own opinion and normally they're pretty darn close to being factual. Like it or not....The man knows his stuff.

Perfect example of his dry humor. Kind of like "there's your sign".

I don't know the guys name and for sure he could have been having a bad day but I didn't appreciate it when I was coming in to spend my hard earned money. I won't be spoken to like that and be littled in fact it was my wife who turned to me and said let's just go to our regular shop, so we did and bought the sight and axis arrows there... Sorry if I ruffled some feathers with this one but everyone else has An opinion around here and I was just sharing mine. Merry chirstmas

PM me and lets at least get to the bottom of what happened so we can fix it, if you would please.

Some have assumed it was Ken and that might not be the case and you are right, sometimes people just have a bad day or their humor might come off as rude. I will say that everyone that works at the shop will go the extra mile in making sure that a customer has a great experiance while at the shop or on the range.

This thred was intended to let people out there know about a good sale, so if you feel like you were done wrong, please give us or me the chance to at least make it right.

Its hard to make every single customer happy, no matter what business your in. But at least you try. And personally for me, CCR is good people and a great place. I wouldnt be one of their Sponsors if they weren't.Hope everything works out.

I took my son and his bow in and Ken did an excellent job on his bow and helping him shoot. The range is awesome inside and out and the selection of items was over the top.

Best place on earth for the archer...

I like the way they do business and the staff at CCR and the staff at Smithfield in ft worth are the best around. The two best shops that I have been too ever...

This time of year the frustration levels always rises on both sides of the counter. Everyone deserves a second chance, everyones been in a situation where frustration has got the better of them. Back to the subject.........I'm sure those prices will make for a lot of last minute stocking stuffers
