Went there the other day and the guy in the bow shop was really rude... I was really surprised because I've gone out there to shoot before and the owner seemed to be a super nice guy but the guy in the shop was a total jerk! I really enjoy shooting there and the 1st class shooting experience however after the treatment I received in the shop I will be spending no money there.

take it up with them privately first, then on a public forum if not resolved. JMO that and a nickel will get you nothing...

I'm assuming you are talking about Ken. He's a little rough around the edges, but he knows a TON about bows and archery. I would not hesitate to let him work on my equipment.
