Unbelievable. The judge should be removed from the bench. The lady pushing the law suit probably was still supported by her mom and this is her way of keeping the purse string around a little longer.

Next they are going to arrest 4 yr old boys for indecent exposure when they drop pants in public to go pee. Mine did it on the sidewalk in front of Georgetown PD one time. Once the stream started, all I could do was laugh...

I can only imagine, by removing the parent's culpability and leaving it to hang on the 4 year olds this judge may have in fact helped the family. By allowing the law suit to proceed under this action, no further action can be brought against the family or the parents watching over the kids. Good luck trying to get a monetary award out of a 4 year old. Greedy *******s!

Atfulldraw--I agree with you in part. One of my best hunting buddies is a lawyer (but an Army lawyer). Best camp cook I've ever had the privilege to wash dishes for!
