my buddy cooked some bison burgers the other day. put a slice of cream cheese on each patty before taking off the grill. put them on sourdough buns and topped them with homemade guac, unbelievably good and i hate guac

Loco Coyote in Glen Rose has a great burger with just about everything attached to it. Course you may not need to eat for a whole week after this one though!
