If that's your arrow sticking out at the angle it looks like you shot was way to high. You dang near have to shoot like you are gonna shoot under him to get sweet spot. The muzzy is more than enough I shoot the 125 also and have never had a issue. On the big uns I either slip it in the armpit on a quartering shot or strait through the shoulder on a bs shot. The arrow doesn't go all the way through on the shoulder but as he runs that broadhead eats ip the vitals and he won't run far.

Shootem in the armpit. The shield is tough to get through, some shields grow purty far back. The hairless spot that you see when the hog steps forward is the sweet spot. you cannot shoot...I repeat..you cannot shoot too low on a hog. too low is a miss.
Slightly quartering away and put the arrow exaxcly between the front legs.

I purchased a PSE Brute LT 2 weeks ago. We went hunting this Saturday, and I hit my first pig. The shot was low and the pig bled all over the ranch. We tracked that pig for 4 hours over 2 days and I just feel sickened that I have wounded/killed this pig without the true kill. We never found the **** thing either.
I have learned a few things so far from this hunt;
1. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE
2. Don't shoot unless you got the right shot.
3. when in doubt, back out. (Tracking a hog day or night is treacherous)
Thanks to Kaz for going with me this morning and trying to find that pig. Thank GOD for helping me see the light finally. I wish i was doing this 20 years ago.
