Yep, I use the Egg Beaters in a carton. Just use some homemade salsa to flavor them up once they're cooked and you're good. Salsa if not too salty is really good for you and hides the taste of the egg whites.

I love them!!!! eat them most days for breakfast if have time. 1 or 2 whole eggs with 5-6 egg whites on wheat toast with a slice of cheese along with whole oats and fruit. If running late on time I will make a protein shake: frozen strawberries, peanut butter, blueberries, water, 2 scoope whey protein!!! Its awesome and go way to tone/slim up. Got carbs in all the fruit and pure protein alogn with some fat in peanut butter.

Okay, I buy the All-White egg whites as well. I like to cook the egg whites, add some Rajin Blaze...bam.. my egg whites now have flavor. I cook two slices of turkey bacon and place the egg whites and turkey bacon on a whole grain or multi grain thin bun.
