How many of you eat egg whites?
I've been making omlettes, skillets, and breakfast burritos with them.
I am getting used to them.

We use them and love them with a dash of Cajun Blake's seasoning. Good stuff right there!

I have some of that at home. Guess I could try it on my eggs.
I do use it on my cottage cheese.

if you'll do some more reading, you'll realize the yolk is the healthiest part of the egg.
eat the whole thing, and before anyone says it, i'll let you in on a little known secret...
Eating food high in dietary cholesterol does not cause high blood cholesterol,
Eating junk and not exercising causes high blood cholesterol…

I eat two boiled egg whites every day on my way to work. With a protien bar and a sugar free red bull (oops).
Sometimes I add a bananna depending on what I did for a workout that that day.
7-11 sells 2 hard boiled eggs for a $1. I peel and chunk the yolks on Greenville Avenue... just did that about an hour and a half ago.
I'd eat the yolks but since I eat so many, I try to cut the cholesterol.

I buy the "All-Whites" pasturized egg whites in the carton. I had12oz this morning with some oats mixed in. Put some salsa verde from the local mexican market on top and you have a really good healthy breakfast.
