Who retires arrows?

    Never. When I kill with one, after inspection, that is my new "lucky arrow" until it breaks or I miss with it.

      I have only retired 2 and those are robinhooded arrows. I plan to retire arrows for my first bow kill and first buck with an arrow. After that I will retire and display any arrow on a buck because I think it looks cool when you have the arrow hanging in the horns of a rack.

        i have about 30 retired, every kill where the arrow was recovered,, i put a small tag with the events and usually put a picture with them,,, can afford to mount that many animals,,,, 1 kill per arrow

          a couple of robinhoods and then the arrow I took an Illinois buck and a Texas bobcat with. It was needing some repairs to the fletchings so I just retired it to the man cave.

            Never retired a arrow and I still go through about 6 dozen a year.

              Only Two. My first big game kill with a bow. A Pronghorn on a hunt with Uncle Ted.

              We usually leave one at our bear camp if we score.

                  Not me I try to see how many deer or hogs I can kill with one around. So far I had one that I killed 2 bucks,1doe, 2 hogs. Then it broke on the last hog.Hell I loose enought shooting pop up in years past.

                        I got a lucky arrow. once it breaks it will retire, and get its own mount. then I will have to christen another...

                            Retired three so far. Two the first day that I got my BowTech General over at Bow Zone had a robin hood in the first group after sighting it in and then two months later retire theone that I got my first deer with a bow.
