Anyone heard of arrow speed interfering with a drop down rest?

There's only a couple of rests that can't fail, several that rarely fail, and quite a few more that fail a little more frequently. Naturally, the rests with the most parts are more prone to failure.
Total vane clearance is more elusive than the current pool of bowhunters realizes.

It took two months before I could get a QAD that would drop fast enough so the vanes would not hit on my Rezeen. Once it was set I have checked it several times and still no contact at all. I had nothing but trouble with the Ripcord before it, so if it ever fails on me I'm goin back to the WB.

Maybe I'll just go with the whisker biscuit! Dangit, I just want a silent drop away. Anyone know anything about the Pronghorn Trophy dropaway? They had on on the DXT and the Alphamax at Smithfield and they were both silent.

Ive Got a Rip-Cord Code Red, Fall Away Rest, on my New Z7. Im Shooting Over 300 fps, have Zero Contact and is very fast and smooth. I Love It. Give It A Try, and go to An Archery Pro That Knows what he is doing. Believe it or not some fall-aways when watched in super slo-motion actually fall, then bounce back and hit fletchings. Code Red has a brake that locks and stops that from happening. My 2 cents worth........
