I think I have chiggers... Please Help!

Well it's be a long time since I have had chigger but I think I do.
I seem to remember taking a bleach bath to kill them and I dont remember the amount that was put in the bath water. I sure dont want to turn the carpert a differant color, So please tell me how you would take care of these little ichy things....

Please do not bleach yourself. Go get some cooking oil from the kitchen, dip your finger in a small amount and rub the spots. It should stop bothering you in 15 min or so.

I still do th bleach thing and it helps me. Two caps full in a tub.

The best thing I have found is Desitin, yes the diaper rash cream, chiggers bites are just like rashes, usually the Desitin will relieve the itching quickly and clear it up in a couple of days. Contrary to poplar belief chiggers do not burrow into you and hang out, by the time you start itching they have fallen off. Give it shot, also the best thing I found to prevent them is to wear under armour leggins and tuck them into your socks and spray bug spray around your socks, hope this helps

Chiggertox. A couple of days and their gone plus putting this on the spots will help control the itch. It kind of feels like spots of ben gay everywhere.

Scratch until you bleed. Then apply a liberal amount of rubbing alcohol. Scream like a little girl for five minutes. Then relax as you are cured.

You need three things.

1. Lighter Fluid

2. Match

3. Ice Pick

Liberally apply lighter fluid to affective area and let it soak in for a few minutes. Than light with match. After lit, use ice pick to put out fire

I hate chiggers. Hope you find relief soon.
