wasn't my boat. I was wondering that if this person were to have drowned could the "friends" be charged with involuntary manslaughter. Of course I am sure they would have said he just fell out of the boat and they couldn't find him.

I was also amazed at how many boats have no lights on them. When you fire up the big engine every flashlight on the lake lights up and they start waving them around. Unsafe to say the least.
