It amazes me how people stand around and watch doing nothing like that moron in the background! Question is would I! Sure would. There was a mall cop dealing with a domestic issue. When one of the older sons got involved, I pinned him to the ground until the other mall cop got there!

I've always been, well, nervous when I get stopped or a LEO starts asking me questions. I always try to be polite, hoping that respect will be recipocal.

Never, in my wildest dreams, would I ever raise my hand to an officer ... unless I was looking for a meal and a nice, secure, semi-private bedroom.

Force was justified. However a closed fist is deadly force to the head and may or may not have been justified. I'm sure there are two sides to the story. Just saying.....
