Hes probably right around 35". I bet he is 34" wide though. His second tines are average and so are his brow tines. He looks biger because he is in velvet. No matter what its a great deer though.

To me, saying you killed a 34" axis is like someone saying they killed a 20" wide whitetail. It doesn't really tell you anything about the animal. Beam length is just one part.

When you add up the beams, spread, mass, cottles, and brows on that one, he will probably hit 150". Maybe a tad more. And his beams are no where near 38". He is a really good buck though.
