This is just my opinion but you should educate yourself on breeding performance animals then. A jack of all trades is a master of none...... And that is really the difference between the best in class and a pet, isn't it?

Breeding a performance breed with no direct objective in mind other than a litter of registered blue pups and a bundle of green in your pocket sounds like a puppy mill to me

And, anyone who says that the Lacy breed was developed as an all round dog obviously can't read or think for themselves. They were bred of the express purpose of open range hog punching. (note, the Lacy Brothers had a purpose and all you have to do is read historic literature for yourself to prove it)
