I didn't read this whole tread, but did anyone mention Culvers in San antonio on De Zavala St? just off I-10. If you ain't had one of their "butter burgers" you ain't lived.

went by Boots Burgers in rockwall at 12:20pm today and they had djust ran out of meat. Need to call it the Shack Burger, cant wait to try it out. Went down to Smitties downtown and their burger was pretty good.

in dallas i will say the best is dairyette on ferguson rd. when i head out to shreveport i always stop in canton and eat at the dairy palace. and when over by lake fork i always stop in at rainswood marina. all have great burgers
