Here is an email I just sent to G5:
I have a 2009 Mathews Monster. A couple of months ago, I installed the 1/4 in Meta peep. I had some issues with this peep so I took it to the pro shop at Cabelas here in Fort Worth. The tech working on my bow said that the peep was starting to bend to an oval shape due to the speed and power of my bow. He also stated that he worked on a PSE Omen where the Meta peep actually broke in the string while being fired and cut the string in half, resulting in extensive damage to the bow. The tech recommended me switching to a smaller diameter site with thicker walls. That don't work for me, as I hunt wild boar at night and I need a larger peep to view my sights. Please forward this to your engineers. Something has to be done about this problem. I'll give G5 a chance to make it right before I take my business elsewhere. I just don't feel safe with your peeps afther incident(s). I can send you guys my peep for engineering evaluation upon request. Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Leon Guthrie
TO sum it all up, if you shoot a fast bow and use G5 Meta peeps, please check it's structural integrity the next you shoot.
