I have a Golden just like in their commercial on their website, my wife is probably going to send me to PetsMart tonight after seeing it. That dog can flat kill a vacuum cleaner.

I tried it on my Blue Lacy for the first time on Saturday. I was AMAZED how much hair came off of my dog! I'm going to do it every couple of days, now. Besides, he really liked it from the look on his face and how he kept leaning into the comb!

($54 for the big one) On impulse I bought one Saturday at PetsMart - and I gotta tell you it's the best idea since they started putting handles on suitcases. I took ol' Buck out on the patio and in about 10 minutes had removed enough hair to stuff a mattress. The hair is easy to remove from the tool too - push of a button.

I just ordered one online. The medium sized one. It was only $12.99 plus $3.99 for shipping and handling from Buy1mall.com.

I bought one awhile back and I think I paid $70 for it but it is well worth it. I wish it had a second row of teeth, might get the job done a little faster.

I agree. It's the best hair removal brush I've ever used (and I've tried a bunch of 'em!).

Now everyone makes them. Rather than pay the change for name brand furminator, buy the one from four paws..they are like 9.99. Just becareful of using it too much it will cause breakage of the hair.

Better yet, buy furniture and carpeting that matches the color of the dog.

Seriously though, I have furniture that matches the color of my chocolate lab.

First got a Furminator two years ago at a tracking school. After brushing my dog two days in a row a couple times a day I couldn't figure out why he wasn't bald.

If your dog sheds, you need one. You will be amazed how much undercoat those tiny little teeth pull out of a dog.
