Hey guys I talked to Jeremy about the open spot on my place last week, but he opted not to take it. Cull, you only live 30 minutes away from it if you're interested in looking at it. Granger Lake area. It's not down South but we have some good deer.

I would prefer to try and keep at least most of our group together, so we are primarily looking for a place with multiple openings.

Dang what a bummer! Ive seen alot of the deer that came off that place. Did the land owner sell it? Soory to hear this for all of you.

Pretty sure the ranch was owned by 2 brothers and one of the brothers decided it was time for his kids to hunt, so the lease just shrunk in half. So the last half had to leave. No problems and the guys understood. Just sucks.

Thanks for the heads up Howard. We would really like to keep our group together. It's takes time or just flat dumb luck to find a group that gels this well together. Now all we need is a rancher looking for the same.
