    Looking For A New Lease!!!

Per Jeremy's (JDL's) post last week we lost our lease.

Steve (Cull) and I are looking for a new lease as well. I have 3-5 other management minded hunters looking as well. I have several people looking down south, but I thought I would post here as well.

I'm looking for someone that is interested in forming a long term partnership. Water and Electricity / family style lease / camp house a plus.

This lease would be "Bow Only" with exception of kiddo's or if needed for management.

So please let me know what ya got!

    Thanks,
    Bruce

Dang Bruce, sorry about the bad news. Lost a lease usually is not a good thing for the hunters. I'll keep my ears open, may have something come up, if so I'll be sure and give you 1st shout. You say you prefer south, any area in mind?

          Thanks guys.

Curt - no, no area specifically. Just looking for a good group to join and or new ranch that wants to grow big deer. My main concern is finding a place for 4 hunters counting myself that has a family atmosphere. A couple of us have kiddo's that like to hunt or will be hunting very soon. Our old lease was in Webb County - so it would be nice to find a place near there to cut down on the move. But it is not a
requirement. We will certainly consider other areas depending on what the ranch/group has to offer with facilities/management already in place.

I spent the weekend moving my stuff off the old lease. Funny, it's not nearly as fun as moving in.

We had a great group of guys and a great place. Really sorry to see it come to an end.

Hopefully, we will find a new place soon. Thanks for any leads you may have.

And your brother didn't come help? I wouldn't take him hunting again if I were you.
