    Baking soda paste to the outside and a box of dry baking soda in each boot. Seal them in a scent proof bag for a week.

      Find someone who is raising pigs, have her go trudge around the pen until she gets the boots covered up to the top, the smoke smell will be gone

          Activated charcoal will also work to remove odors.

            Oh man, that smell alone brings back so many memories.

            In high school, after feeding hogs all morning in rubber boots, if you somehow missed ONE spot and it got on your jeans, the girls would be looking at you funny all day. Eventually I got smart enough to keep a spare pair of jeans in the trucks...
