Ease up brother. I'm sure he appreciates the offer of help, but considering his situation, I'd hold off on the brand bashing. For what it's worth, the 4wd on my Ford crapped out 6 hours from home. Fortunately, I was able to make it home to the dealership.

Jennings, glad you made it home and to see Dodge is making everything right. I'm heading to Crystal Beach tomorrow and was going to offer up some help, but I see you're good to go. For curiosity sake, what were you doing when the front shaft broke? Were you already in 4wd or were you running at speed and then shifted to 4wd?

In 4 wheel drive at the time. This was the first time the truck was in 4 wheel drive.

sackett dont jump to conclusions that poking a little fun is bashing.

i dont get on all the truck and bow threads and say mine is better. i was just giving jennings a hard time so maybe he might have a chuckle at his bad situation

i care less about truck, bows or what ever your preference is as long as it works for you.

so sackett please dont assume i am bashing. 90% of the time i am laughing as i type.

life is too short to be bitter and bash.

                      have a fine day sackett

jennings pm me and we will go shoot or if your need me to hook up to that dodge for you

Kevin I am with you about not caring what I drive and take all the playful bashing. I can deal it and can take it as well. Hell I commented on your thread about all the corn in your truck. I am just so happy that it is all going to be taken care of. The dealership is very unhappy with Dodge's roadside assistance because I attempted twice that weekend and never recieved any assistance. I have never had to use them before, having a Dodge, LOL, so this is a first.

                            She's finally home!!!!!

I just left the dealership with my truck. My wife took me to the dealership and she parked on the right side of the dealership. The service department leaves out of the left side. She waited for me to finish up and I jumped so excited in my truck I left without telling her. OOOPS!!!!! I got home and was wondering where my wife was and ole sh(*, I did not want to call her. I couldn't because I left my phone in her car. I had to walk to the neighbors to call her. So now I am here hanging out with my dogs in their house. Sure glad I built this thing big.

They replaced the whole shaft, fuel lines, wire harness, and all the fuses. Just like a new truck again.
