Hes got me by about a minute. I can get by with a knife on the pelvic bone when Im hunting in Old San Pat county but When Im in Webb county no way I can split a bone with a knife on some of those 6 1/2 year old bucks. I use a hatchet and a hammer.

the amount of unsafe knife flinging in that video was nothing short of immature. Once he gets wreckless, its going to be ugly.

This is the same way we gut em, but I don't move that fast anymore. My young un has shot 2 a little far back, open up the belly on one of those deer and you get in a hurry real quick just to get away from the smell.

Ahhh, the judo chop. I bet the judo chopper himself could of gutted that deer in under 30 seconds!

I think I can give him a run for his money.. But then again I have gutted over a hundred a year for 19 years now. He is pretty good for a youngster.

that was great but i dont think that the video is going to be a good enough teaching tool to get me to that speed. better go down south and spend a couple of weeks with carter.

                                just an idea..
