    Wow. Still young and hasn't learned that slower is better. i would have cut something on myself if I went that fast. None the less, pretty quick work.

          I actually laughed when you heard "get out of the way"....

          Couple of hands at the ranch I've hunted can gut and quarter a deer in light speed...granted they might have to do 8-10 does in 1 evening if we have a big client group come through...

            Not bad. That is how I do it except I learned (after breaking the tips off of a couple of knives) to bunghole them and you don't have to mess with the pelvis.

            Practice makes perfect.

                      nice job, but would like to see him do a 200+lb mature buck in under a minute. the pelvic bone would be a little harder. way faster than me though.

                                i don't even gut deer anymore, hang by the back legs and you can get the quarters, bs and tenderloins off without ever having to really deal with that.
