    Heck, I'd go with a euro frankly. Looks pretty slick, takes up less room, less wife/girlfriend issues, and everyone already knows what an elk looks like. Save the pedistal for your Kudu you're going to shoot someday.

            The very reason I built our house with vaulted celings. Good luck hanging a bill with 8 ft celings. You may want to concider a European mount.

                      I have mine with a shard right turn, with his head back bugling, he fit right into an 8 foot ceilings.
