had the same thing happen at our ranch... New group of people just bought the back of the property and their drive is now on the fenceline.... We have been seeing different tire tracks go up our hill (which they drive right past) and they are NOT hunters but we have been hearing alot of shots from their place.... WE set up two cameras on the hill to see who has been going up and down our hill as well as the property line corner where one of our popups disappeared.....(they said the wind blew it away, it was tied to trees and staked down)

Russell that really sucks!! I've had the same issue this past year on my new lease in Southeastern Ok. I don't know what it is about pipelines but for some reason neighbors think its okay for them to come across our property on it. We have had a couple cameras and a feeder stolen off the pipeline this year. I guess we have been lucky on the rest of our 2000 acres but the pipeline has been a disaster for us.
