It happened to me cause the motor got stuck in the on postion (Due to the Timer)and dumped a 55 gallons of corn had to replace the timer it was a Texas Hunter once I replaced the timer all was fine.
What is the space between your spinner plate and the funnel? I replaced my feeder motor this year on one of my setups. Filled feeder up with 300 lbs of corn only to find it piled up directly below the feeder after a few good heavy rains. The corn was soaking wet and souring. Smelled it from a LONG way away. Poured one bag of corn in the feeder and ran the spinner and quickly saw it just pour over the side after it quit spinning. There was too big of a gap between the two and the corn just needed a little nudge for the rest to pour out.
