Diatomaceous Earth....is your friend.
A little tidbit about scorpions... they crawl up the side of your house, go into the eves, get in the attic, then come out through light fixtures/ceiling fans. If you tend to get them in your house....go out at night and shine a light up the side of your house....you'll be saying YIKES!
Diatomaceous Earth sprinkled around your house and blown into your attic will help tremendously. Trust me! I never liked chemicals being sprayed "inside" the house for exterminating....but the day after one fell on me in bed and stung me....they could have brought nuclear weapons in and I would have said "Set them off!"
The exterminator knew I didn't like harsh chemicals...he suggested the Diatomaceous Earth and it worked wonderfully.

I took a shower with one up at Chalk Bluff ,@ Uvalde. It was extra dry , guess they wanted water. Didnt get me but scared the heck out of the 4 females I was with , not like that,,, wife, mom, daughter , sister
up ther they are more cautious about blister beetles. Kinda surprised me though ,, not many scorpions in Pasadena

I'll catch a live rattler with my hands, but I can't stand the thought of a scorpion biting me!
