Mesh & Range Finders

I have two pop up blinds an amristep and a no name blind. My Leupold Rx 600 wil read thru the Ameristep but not the no name blind the only difference I could make out was the Ameristep had plain blck mesh windows and the no name had painted window mesh panels dont know if that makes a difference but thats been my experience.

My nikon 440 works fine through mesh. No problems at all.

I have an old Bushnell 500 and it works fine through mesh.

My Nikon reads through it fine. I've tested it with and without the mesh and got the same readings. Not sure how it does it.
