My old Nikon 440 did.......real well, until I bounced it off the driveway by accident. So I bought the latest and greatest Nikon Archers Choice rangefinder, only to find out in Montana it does not read through the mesh?? My buddy had a brand new Leupold rangefinder as well, and it did not as well?? Just curious if anyone else had problems with their Archers Choice reading through the mesh?

Range some trees or other objects first or maybe place some scent bombs at known ranges before a hunt.

I had a bushnell scout that would not read thru the mesh, I bought a nikon 440 and it works a friend has the newer nikon 550 but it's iffy, sometimes it will read and sometimes it won't. I decided to get the nikon monarch 1200 because its waterproof and it works as well. All readings were done using a double bull blind.
