Was a great shoot. I looked around in the parking lot a little for TBH stickers, but must have missed you guys. We had a great time. My 11yo son Kyle got a R1000 pin, but I had an off day X2 I guess. Shot a 472 day one and a 453day two. Had a great time. The Tyler club did a great job. We finished up around 1130 on Sunday. I shot a 10 on the elephant from the stake. There was no one around so I wanted to back up and see what would happen from across the parking lot. Stopped at the rear bumper of the closest p/u 45yards and 12 ringed it. Not sure what I was doing wrong maybe it was the pressure. My 11 yo had six 12's in a row and 7 out of 8 on the American side. I had 4 12's on that side all day. Wish I could have met some of you guys.

Barn that was us that seemed to be drawn for nearly everything. I guess we must be living right. It was nice meeting you.

Great shoot! I had an outstanding time even though my shooting was way off on the second day but the most important thing was that I had fun!

            Great Shoot

I was there, also had a great time, and appreciate all the hard work done by the club. I shot a 479 the first day and was thinking I should of stayed home and shot in the 2 local shoots (salt grass & montgomery). But thanks to the deer and the apple target I was able to squeek out a R1000 pin, I got a 532 on the North American side. I often thought about how you could simulate the adreniln rush of a hunting situation, in a 3D shoot, put an apple on the nose of a deer good for 24 points with 30 people watching, its there!

              Thanks

I'm glad everyone had a good time. We put a lot of work into getting setup. I know the ranges were not streched out very far, but it was a fun shoot.

I want to thank everyone on TBH who came, we appreciate everyone who did. This shoot is a time consuming monster to get going, but was well worth it. Especially after hearing how much fun ya'll had.

Again thanks for coming to TAC to shoot the R-100.

It was a great shoot. The steel tree shoot is what got my adrenilin up. Knowing that everyone near you is watching to see if you will blow up and arrow was tough for me.

Two years ago the shoot was in Tyler but at a hunting club. I think the Archery club has done a much better job as you would expect. I would like to make a request in case it is back in Tyler next year that it be scheduled on the first weekend of Spring Break. The year it was at the hunting club they had it on the first weekend of spring break. That worked out great as I have a 4 hour drive. We were able to stay Sunday to get in all the extra events, and stayed the night and drove home at a reasonable pace on Monday because the kiddo's did not have to be in school. The dates did not keep me from coming out this year. Just a friendly request. They did a great job and we had a lot of fun.

It was a really fun shoot. I will be back next year. The furry grizzly was as good as it gets or at least as close as I will be getting to a bear with fur

Thanks to Kelly and everyone that contributed, it was awesome...
