4:30 in the morning... I'm awake, & it's not even hunting season.

Well sorta, only difference is, today I won't have to blood trail, gut or skin anything I shoot.


And no cows will be cussed or thrown rocks at.

I just looked down the street to see at least one of the GoMex's are in town, rumor is the Rock and several others are out at Gimpy Mitchells place in Blanket, must be time for the annual "Geno handing Rocky his ***" skeet tournament.

Gonna be an awesome weekend

Only ever felt it out toward the end of the loop. Could hear now and then, but wasn't a factor inside the trees at all.

Everyone I talked to, loved the course.

The folks from our local 4H put on a very popular concession. Was a little warm toward the end. Tomorrow looking great.

The trailer/shuttle up to the shooting range was a big plus.

Will post pics in a few.

I'm glad we had a fairly short drive back home...Y'all wore me out.

I think the Brownwood range is my favorite.

This range has a little bit of everything, and more than a few that made me...

I've enjoyed every range I've shot this year, but Brownwood was TOP NOTCH!

Yes...We are hoping to make the Abilene shoot. As it gets closer, I'll let you know what day we can be there...hopefully, it will work out.

Great meeting you too Murph. Saw a lot of familiar faces and even more new ones today... some I've never seen at 3D shoots, good to see the sport growing.
